Neuma, Inc. must disclose certain information to insurance company representatives; medical professionals; state regulatory agencies; and life settlement brokers, providers or funders in order for the policy to be purchased.

In no case will Neuma, Inc. release confidential information to any other parties unless expressly authorized in writing by the insured or by the policy owner. We will not allow any personal information to be used for any purpose other than policy review, purchase and maintenance, and compliance.
