Our staff members adhere to the highest standards of
ethical conduct and professional practice; and we maintain a
fraud prevention plan that includes procedures designed to
detect, prevent, report and eliminate any unethical or
fraudulent activity.
We must disclose certain information to insurance company
representatives; medical professionals; regulatory agencies;
and life settlement brokers, providers or funders in order for
a policy to be purchased.
In no case will Neuma release confidential information to
any other parties unless expressly authorized in writing by
the insured or by the policy owner. We will not allow any
personal information to be used for any purpose other than
policy review, purchase and maintenance, and
compliance.
