Neuma maintains a
sophisticated in-house tracking system to monitor the location
and health status of all the insureds.
Once an insured passes away, Neuma promptly
obtains the death certificate and notifies the insurance
company. The policy’s death benefit is then paid to the
independent escrow agent / trustee, which forwards it to the
